Senior Citizens Discount

If you're at least 65, you can receive a discount on your propane and heating fuels. Just call your local office to enroll and you will receive this special price each time your fuel is delivered.

Budget Billing Program

Budget Billing offers convenience and savings. Customers on budget billing enjoy the ease of paying the same amount for their fuel eleven out of twelve months of the year. In the twelfth month we "even up" your account. If your account has a credit at the end of the budget period you can retain the credit on your accout or request a check for that amount.  Or, if your accout has a balance simply pay that amount in full and set up a new budget plan.  Visit the Budget Billing page for more details.

Online Account Access Features:

  • Pay online by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover)
  • Place a service or delivery order
  • View your account history
  • Check your balance
  • Check system estimated percentage in tank (propane auto-fill customers)
In order to access your account online, you will need your customer id and password.  Call our office to confirm your customer id and setup your password. Within minutes you can access your account online by logging onto our web site www.blueridgeenergies.com and selecting Manage My Account located at the top right section of our home page.
 

E-Bill

With the convenience of e-statements and e-invoice, you will receive your bill more timely without delays.  Simply contact your local office, provide your email address, and we will set up your account to begin receiving electronic statements by email.  Invoices billed through our office for service calls or other charges can be received by e-invoice also. 

Refer a Friend

Do you know someone who uses propane or is thinking about purchasing a propane appliance? Why not “Refer a Friend” to Blue Ridge Energies? If you’re an Energies customer, you can get a $50 account credit for your efforts!  When your referral becomes an “autofill” propane customer and receives their first tank fill, your Blue Ridge Energies account will be credited $50!  (Note: Referral must have tank capacity of 200 gallons or greater.)

Click here for a referral form. Give the completed form to your local Blue Ridge Energies office.  If more than one customer refers the same person, credit will be given to the first referral received.
